okay stay, some minor issues
clean room sea view big window broken catch cold wind makeshift catch
the room was lovely and clean (i really liked it!). it was well presented. i also found the sea view great with a big window from the floor, and there were two chairs near it.
The catches were broke on the windows. makeshift catches were put on instead. it was a very windy day and night and the cold wind was coming through. even with the heater on, i was freezing. It wasn't very pleasant.

The hosts were friendly. the room was clean, and the decor created a homely atmosphere. the sea view was fantastic. the bed was comfortable, and the shower was very good. I am grateful.

lovely stay with sea views
perfect location coffee machine friendly owner
the location was perfect, near the pleasure beach and a sandy beach across the road.. the owners were friendly and helpful. our room had a coffee machine, a really nice bonus. i was able to leave my luggage after check out, allowing me to enjoy my last day.
the bathroom was a bit small. the sink was also a bit too small to fill the kettle.

A decent stay
convenient location clean room comfortable room cold room no room service sticker on cup
I found the location quite convenient. It was close to the South Pier and the tram stop was just outside. The room was also super clean and cozy. All the facilities were in good working order.
The room I stayed in felt quite cold. There was no daily room service, so towels were not replaced and the bed was not made. I also noticed a sticker on the bottom of a cup.

excellent location helpful staff clean room quiet environment
the location is excellent , close to the south pier and tram stop. the staff was very helpful and kind . i found the room to be clean and fresh with a lovely decor. i also appreciated the quiet environment , as closing the door effectively blocked out any noise.
i noticed the stairs were a bit steep, which might pose a challenge for some guests.

pleasure beach tram stop kind owner
The location is fantastic for accessing the pleasure beach. A tram stop right outside provides easy travel further along the strip. The owners were very kind and I even met Bella, their lovely dog!!!

i appreciated the friendly owners (. the hotel's location was ideal, very close to everything i needed. the king room had a sea view and it was worth it, especially to watch the sunset. parking was available right in front of the hotel, a very convenient feature.
